1. นักศึกษาจะต้องรักษารหัสผ่าน (Password) ไว้เป็นความลับ การกระทำใดๆ ที่เกิดกับข้อมูลนักศึกษาที่สามารถดำเนินการทางอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ ถือว่าเป็นการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นโดยนักศึกษาเอง
   Students must keep their password confidential and do the online add-drop by themselves.
2. นักศึกษาที่สามารถใช้บริการลงทะเบียนเพิ่ม-ลดทางอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ ต้องมีสถานภาพเป็นนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย และได้มีการชำระเงินในการลงทะเบียนครั้งแรกของภาคการศึกษาปัจจุบันเรียบร้อยแล้ว ดังนั้น นักศึกษาที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนเรียนล่วงหน้าหรือไม่ได้ชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนตามกำหนดจะไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้
   Only those with active student status of Bangkok University and already paid the tuition and fees of the current semester can process the online add-drop.
3. นักศึกษาที่เข้าศึกษาเป็นภาคการศึกษาแรก จะไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนเพิ่ม-ลดวิชาได้ ตามระเบียบการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย
   According to regulations of Bangkok University, students enrolled in their first semester at the university cannot add or drop courses.
4. การลงทะเบียนเพิ่ม-ลดวิชาจะจับเวลาอัตโนมัติ นักศึกษาต้องทำรายการให้เสร็จสิ้นภายในเวลา 20 นาที นับตั้งแต่ Login เข้าระบบ และถ้ามีผู้อื่นใช้รหัสนักศึกษา และรหัสผ่าน ของนักศึกษา Login ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน นักศึกษาที่เข้าระบบคนสุดท้ายเท่านั้นที่มีสิทธิ์ลงทะเบียนเพิ่ม-ลดวิชาได้ โดยนักศึกษาที่เข้าระบบก่อนจะถูกยกเลิกรายการไป
   The online add-drop must be processed within 20 minutes after the student's first login. If the student's code and password are used by others and at the same time of that login, only the one who logs in last will be eligible to do the online add-drop.
5. การเพิ่มวิชาทางอินเทอร์เน็ตมีเงื่อนไข ดังนี้
   The policies of the online adding are as follows.
   • นักศึกษาสามารถเลือกวิชา/กลุ่ม ที่ต้องการลงทะเบียนเพิ่มได้ โดยวิชานั้นต้องเป็นวิชาตามหลักสูตรที่นักศึกษาสังกัด และมีตารางเรียน-ตารางสอบไม่ตรงกับวิชาที่ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้ว โดยสามารถลงทะเบียนเพิ่มวิชาติดต่อกันได้หลายครั้ง แต่ต้องชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนตามกำหนดเท่านั้น
     Students can add courses/sections many times, but those courses must be in the school's curriculum to which the students belong. Also, the exam schedule of the adding courses must not fall on the same exam dates of other registered courses. Tuition and fees must be paid within the due date.
   • การลงทะเบียนเพิ่มวิชาที่ต้องมีคำร้องประกอบไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนเพิ่มทางอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ ได้แก่ การลงทะเบียนข้ามภาค การลงทะเบียนวิชาที่มีตารางเรียน-ตารางสอบตรงกัน การลงทะเบียนวิชาที่คณะกำหนดเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ไว้ ฯลฯ
     นักศึกษาต้องติดต่อสำนักทะเบียนนักศึกษาเท่านั้น
     Online adding cannot be done with the courses which require a request form. Those are, for example, cross-semester registration, registration for courses with the same timetable and exam date, and courses with certain conditions from respective school. In such cases, students must contact the Records Office only.
   • กรณีที่นักศึกษามีเงินคงเหลืออยู่กับมหาวิทยาลัยเพียงพอสำหรับการลงทะเบียนเพิ่ม เมื่อยืนยันรายการด้วยรหัสผ่านแล้วการลงทะเบียนเพิ่มจะมีผลสมบูรณ์ทันทีและสามารถตรวจสอบได้ที่ Class Schedule
     ทั้งนี้ จะไม่มีใบรายงานผลการลงทะเบียนฯ เป็นหลักฐาน
     If students have some money left with the university and it is enough to pay for the adding, the registration will be effective immediately after the password is confirmed. The students can check at Class Schedule for the result. However, there is no registration report for future reference.
   • กรณีที่ต้องมีการชำระเงินกับธนาคาร เมื่อนักศึกษาชำระเงินแล้วมหาวิทยาลัยจะต้องใช้เวลา 1-2 วันทำการเพื่อรับข้อมูลจากธนาคาร ข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนจึงจะมีผลสมบูรณ์และปรากฏวิชาใน Class Schedule
     If paid through the bank, the registration will be effective in 1 - 2 working days. Students can check at Class Schedule for the result.
6. การลดวิชาทางอินเทอร์เน็ตมีเงื่อนไข ดังนี้
   The policies of the online dropping are as follows.
   • นักศึกษาจะได้รับเงินค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนจากการลดวิชา 40% เท่านั้นทุกกรณี
     Students will receive 40% tuition refund, in all cases.
   • การลดวิชาจะต้องคงเหลือหน่วยกิตรวมขั้นต่ำเท่ากับจำนวนหน่วยกิตที่กำหนดไว้ในระเบียบการศึกษา มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าการลงทะเบียนเป็นโมฆะ
     After dropping, there must be minimum credit hours left as required by the academic regulations. Otherwise, all courses registered will be void.
   • นักศึกษาไม่สามารถลดวิชาทุกวิชาที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไปแล้วได้ หากนักศึกษาประสงค์ลดวิชาทุกวิชา ต้องติดต่อที่สำนักทะเบียนนักศึกษาเท่านั้น
     If the students wish to drop all registered courses, they must contact the Student Records Department.
   • เมื่อนักศึกษายืนยันการลดวิชาด้วยรหัสผ่านแล้ว การลดวิชาจะมีผลสมบูรณ์ทันทีและมหาวิทยาลัยจะตั้งยอดคืนเงินอัตโนมัติ 40% และรายวิชาจะไม่ปรากฏที่ Class Schedule
     Once confirmed by password, the online dropping is immediately effective. The student will get 40% tuition refund for the dropped course, and the course dropped will not be shown in the Class Schedule.
   • นักศึกษาจะไม่สามารถลดวิชาได้ในกรณีที่มีการลงทะเบียนเพิ่มวิชาไว้แต่ยังไม่มีการชำระเงิน หรือมหาวิทยาลัยยังไม่ได้รับข้อมูลจากธนาคาร จนกว่ารายการเดิมจะสมบูรณ์หรือถูกยกเลิกไปเมื่อพ้นกำหนดชำระเงิน
     Students cannot drop a course which has been added, yet unpaid or the one that the university has not received payment confirmation from a bank.
   • ในกรณีที่นักศึกษาได้ชำระค่าลงทะเบียนที่ธนาคารเรียบร้อยแล้วแต่มหาวิทยาลัยยังไม่ได้รับข้อมูลจากธนาคาร และหากนักศึกษาประสงค์จะลดวิชาอื่น ต้องนำหลักฐานการชำระเงินไปติดต่อแผนกการเงินเพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลการชำระเงินค่าลงทะเบียนของวิชาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนไว้ก่อนหน้านั้น
     In case that the students have paid for a course but the university has not received payment confirmation from the bank, they must bring the receipt to the Financial Department to drop courses.
7. นักศึกษาสามารถเพิ่มวิชาและลดวิชาในขณะเดียวกันได้ และสามารถพิมพ์ใบรายงานผลการลงทะเบียนเพื่อนำไปชำระเงินที่ธนาคารได้ทันที หากนักศึกษาไม่ชำระเงินตามกำหนด วิชาที่ลงทะเบียนเพิ่มจะเป็นโมฆะ แต่วิชาที่ลดจะมีผลสมบูรณ์ทันที
   Students can add and drop courses at the same time. The registration confirmation can be printed out for the bank use. If the payment is not made within the due date, adding will be void, but dropping will be effective immediately.
8. เมื่อนักศึกษาเพิ่ม-ลดวิชาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะส่งข้อมูลให้นักศึกษาทราบทางอีเมล์อัตโนมัติ และสามารถพิมพ์ไว้เป็นหลักฐานสำหรับการตรวจสอบได้
   After completing the online add-drop, the students will receive an add-drop confirmation email. Students may print it out for future reference.
