In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, and realizing the significance of personal data protection, Bangkok University seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data (i.e. name, age, gender, address, telephone number, national identification number, date of birth, occupation, income, email address) in order to maintain the information registry of individual students and alumni and not to disclose such information without prior consent or notice. The University shall not use or disclose such personal data, except where the use or disclosure is in accordance with its purpose related to the promotion of news, events or activities related to Bangkok University and the Alumni Association of Bangkok University.

Bangkok University shall collect and use data and disclose personal data only when it relates to employment survey of graduates at bachelor, master’s and doctoral degree levels, including the use of information for graduate quality development and the promotion of information, news, activities which are beneficial to the alumni and in compliance with the laws. The collection, use, disclosure, alteration, or any action on personal data shall be lawful insofar as it is conducted in accordance with the rules provided under the Personal Data Protection Act. The University shall make further announcements and inform the alumni of any change or alteration of the personal data collection.

I hereby read and acknowledge the Policies regarding personal data protection of Bangkok University and give my consent to the University to collect, store, evaluate, process and disclose my personal data for the aforesaid Purposes.

If you find any incomplete or inaccurate personal data, you may notify the University to rectify or erase the information or you may refuse a request for rectification at any time. (except in a case whereby the University is required to be in compliance with the personal data collection law.)
