ตั้งแต่ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2/2548 เป็นต้นไป มหาวิทยาลัยจะคืนเงินค่าประกันความเสียหายและค่าลงทะเบียนเรียนล่วงหน้า(ถ้ามี)
ให้กับนักศึกษาโดยการโอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร ซึ่งนักศึกษาจะต้องแจ้งข้อมูลเลขที่บัญชีและชื่อธนาคารไว้พร้อมกับการแจ้งจบการศึกษา
ทางอินเทอร์เน็ต ดังนั้น นักศึกษาที่สำเร็จการศึกษาแล้วไม่ต้องนำบัตรนักศึกษามาติดต่อลาออกและรับเงินค่าประกันความเสียหายคืนที่มหาวิทยาลัย

- ในภาคการศึกษาที่เรียนเป็นภาคสุดท้ายตามกำหนดการของสำนักทะเบียนนักศึกษา นักศึกษาต้องกรอกเลขที่บัญชีและชื่อธนาคารให้ถูกต้อง พร้อมกับการแจ้งจบการศึกษาทางอินเทอร์เน็ต หากนักศึกษากรอกเลขที่บัญชีผิดพลาดมหาวิทยาลัยจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- มหาวิทยาลัยจะดำเนินการคืนเงินค่าประกันความเสียหายให้นักศึกษาภายใน 1 เดือน นับจากวันที่นักศึกษาได้รับอนุมัติจากสภามหาวิทยาลัยให้เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา หรือตามกำหนดรับหลักฐานสำเร็จการศึกษาของสำนักทะเบียนนักศึกษา
- นักศึกษาที่ไม่ได้แจ้งเลขที่บัญชีไว้ จะต้องนำบัตรนักศึกษามาติดต่อที่มหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อขอรับเงินประกันความเสียหายด้วยตนเอง ภายหลังจากที่ได้รับใบรายงานผลการศึกษาฉบับสมบูรณ์ และใบรับรองสำเร็จการศึกษาเรียบร้อยแล้ว
- กรณีที่นักศึกษามีเงินคงเหลือในบัตรนักศึกษา ต้องติดต่อขอเงินคืนที่แผนกการเงิน ภายใน 1 ปีนับจากวันที่สำเร็จการศึกษา
- นักศึกษาสามารถสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่แผนกการเงินได้ทั้ง 2 วิทยาเขต ในวันทำการอังคาร - เสาร์ เวลา 08.30 - 17.00 น.

As from Semester 2/2005, students will receive a refund of the damage deposit and any outstanding amount of the Pre-Registration Fees
via a bank transfer payable to the student's account according to the account details given to the University at the time of the graduation registration
In order to claim for the damage deposit and outstanding amount of the Pre-Registration Fee (if any), please note the following details:

- Provide accurate details of your bank account number and the name of your bank when you file for your graduation registration. The University will not be responsible if the give details are incorrect.
- Students will receive a refund of the damage deposit within one month from the date that the Board of Trustees confirms your status as a holder of the degree.
- For those who do not provide the University with their bank account details, please contact the University in person, after you receive your degree.
- To claim for the outstanding amount on your Pre-Paid Card or your Student Smart Card (if any), Please contact the Finance Office within one year from the date of your graduation.
- For more information, please contact the Finance Office on both campuses during Tuesday to Saturday, from 8.30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
